Mrs. Taylor joined Collision Specialists, Inc. in January 2026. She brings a strong background in administrative operations, case management and client relations within fast-paced professional environments. Prior to her work in accident reconstruction, she gained valuable experience working in a CFO/controller environment, where she focused heavily on client relationships and high-level professional communication. Operating in that setting requires discretion, accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
With extensive experience serving as primary point of contact for clients, Mrs. Taylor understands the importance of responsiveness and relationships. Since joining CSI, Mrs. Taylor is apart of our scheduling team, overseeing our field expert scheduling and the coordination required for investigative timelines. Her attention to details and proactive approach makes her an exceptional addition to our team.
