Night-Time Testing

In some cases it may be necessary to conduct night-time or “Conspicuity” testing in an effort to determine whether a person or another vehicle was or should have been visible to a driver prior to a crash.

This testing will document the ambient and direct lighting in the area of the crash, the contrast of the person or vehicle to their surroundings, the effect of a vehicles headlights, and the ability of a person to perceive and react to the situation.

Collision Specialists has investigators that are well experienced in planning and conducting this type of testing, so any visibility issues can be answered clearly and completely.
